About Pelvic Health
Pelvic health, commonly known as pelvic floor therapy, is a specialized branch of physical therapy (PT) that focuses on the experiences of the pelvis in all humans. This includes bowels, bladder, reproductive organs, and supporting muscles. Experiencing symptoms in this area can be difficult to talk about, and not knowing why these things occur can feel isolating. Our goal at Solis is to create a safe space to clarify the WHY behind what you are experiencing and give you the tools and confidence that benefits your whole well-being.

Thanks to Caren's exceptional care, I've gone from living with chronic pelvic pain to being mostly pain-free, with only the occasional mild flare-up that's easily managed. She created thoughtful, individualized treatments plans, adjusting them based on the most up-to-date research.

Cailey is a master at what she does. She solved in two weeks what other Doctors and PT's could not solve for me in three years. She takes an enormous amount of pride in her work, pays attention to details, and absolutely refuses to fail. She is the Real Deal!

I've been fortunate to receive care from both Caren and Cailey in managing my endometriosis. They both made me feel truly heard and supported during a time when it felt like my pelvic pain would never end. I am no longer living with constant pain
