Our Services
Below is a list of services we commonly provide in treatment sessions. Every treatment is tailored to meet your unique needs and to support what your body is experiencing that day.
Manual Therapy

Hands-on techniques include trigger point release, cupping, taping, myofacial release, biofeedback, nervous system downtraining, active and passive muscle lengthening. Direct feedback from an expertly trained physical therapist's hands allows your body to better connect and release, creating resilience and optimal function.
Education

Personalized education on anatomy of the pelvis, bowel and bladder function, and pain science. You will receive guidance on techniques that you can bring home with you to improve your overall health and make lasting changes.
Exercise Prescription

With dynamic assessment, you will learn where your body may need more mobility, stability or connection in order to improve your symptoms. We will provide meaningful exercises to continue your progress outside of our in-clinic sessions that are functional for your life and allow your body to work FOR YOU, instead of against you.
Women's Pelvic Health

The female pelvis is impacted by the particularities of the anatomy, the activities that occur there and the hormones that impact this function. Solis works to address each of these in their entirety while providing holistic care and involving referrals to other relevant providers as needed.
Men's Pelvic Health

While less commonly discussed, the male pelvic floor impacts function just as notably as the female. Whether you are post-prostatectomy, having discomfort or difficulty with control, receiving expert care to reduce pain, improve urinary, bowel, and sexual function can drastically improve quality of life.
Dry Needling

This efficient and direct technique often provides significant change for people through release of tension and improved engagement of the muscles by better connecting the brain and body. After thorough explanation and consent, people often notice immediate shift in their symptoms which are then complemented with long-term ways to maintain improved function.
