Dr. Cailey Daluga PT, DPT
Cofounder of Solis Pelvic Health
Cailey grew up in the college town of West Lafayette, Indiana where she attended Purdue University. She received her bachelor's degree in Movement and Sports Science and competed as a track and cross-country athlete. Her running career came to an abrupt halt after a hip injury in her freshman year of college. Years later after she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University, she discovered a deep appreciation for the specialized field of pelvic health physical therapy. While practicing as an orthopedic physical therapist, her hip pain returned and began interfering not only with running but also walking, standing, and sitting. She sought care from a pelvic health physical therapist, which had an almost immediate positive impact on her symptoms. After nine years, that care allowed her to return to her full stride and back to doing what she loves. You can find her each May running the Indianapolis Mini Marathon. It’s Cailey’s personal story that directed her journey down the pelvic health path and is a big reason why she is so passionate about helping her patients today. Cailey approaches therapy as a team effort with her patients and is deeply committed to helping people get back to doing what they love. She is excited to be a guide for you along your journey of healing.
Dr. Caren Hamilton PT, DPT, PRPC
Cofounder of Solis Pelvic Health
Caren was born and raised in the South Denver Metro area and after over a decade away, she has returned to raise her family and continue to grow in her passion as a pelvic PT. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Texas and started treating in Oakland, CA. She later achieved her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) to accurately diagnose and treat pelvic dysfunctions for all folks with a pelvis throughout life. This understanding has only expanded as she experienced change in her own pelvis through her two pregnancies and births in 2022 and recently in 2024 with twins! It has been humbling to have her book knowledge and clinical experience tested with the physical stress of growing, birthing, and caring for three little ones. There is no way for our bodies to avoid the impact of life stressors, but Caren never wants anyone to feel limited or alone due to what is happening in their pelvis. She enjoys working alongside people who are navigating difficulty with their hormones in relation to their pelvis, their nervous system, and the integration of their symptoms with their mental health. She is hopeful to guide you along this path, providing confidence and connection along the way.
